It is important to have the PO figure defined by the client,or at least a focal point for the alignment of sprints, prioritization and demonstrations. This project will be developed using the Scrum methodology (https://www.scrum.org/).

Based on this methodology, we will assemble the Backlog Product. Empowered with the base of scope of the project, we will divide the sprints with the respective alignment CBYK ONNE X Client. The objective is on the following slide.
